Digital marketer apprenticeship (integrated degree - level 6)

An average day or week as a digital marketing apprentice with us is dynamic and immersive, offering a blend of learning and practical experience. Here’s what you can expect:

Morning Check-In:

• Start your day with a team meeting to discuss ongoing projects, priorities, and any immediate tasks. This is a great opportunity to align with the team’s objectives and understand your role for the day

Learning Sessions:

• Dedicate time to learning modules focused on digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, content marketing, social media strategies, and data analytics. These sessions may be a mix of online courses, workshops, and one-on-one mentorship

Hands-On Tasks:

• Apply your learning to real-world tasks. This could involve crafting engaging content for various platforms, developing social media posts aligned with our marketing calendar, or assisting in the creation of email marketing campaigns
• Conduct research on industry trends and consumer behavior to support our marketing strategies
• Work with tools and platforms to analyse marketing campaign performance, making note of what works and identifying areas for improvement

Collaboration:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to develop innovative campaign ideas
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals
• Receive feedback on your work from senior marketers and peers, providing a valuable learning experience

Project Management:

• Assist in managing digital marketing projects, from planning through to execution and analysis. Learn to set timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor project progress

End-of-Day Wrap-Up:

• Conclude your day by reviewing tasks completed, updating project statuses, and planning for the next day or week. This is also a time to reflect on what you’ve learned and how you can apply it moving forward
