Account Executive (Mid-Market SaaS)

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage existing accounts or simply maintain a pipeline. It's for a commercially driven salesperson who enjoys uncovering customer challenges, demonstrating value and winning new business.
The RoleAs an Account Executive, you'll own the complete sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to signed contract.
Working with HR, Learning & Development and People leaders within mid-market organisations, you'll conduct discovery meetings, deliver online demonstrations, present commercial proposals and negotiate agreements.
Once a customer signs, implementation is handed over to the delivery team, allowing you to stay focused on generating new revenue.

What We're Looking ForYou'll already have a successful background in SaaS sales and be comfortable owning a consultative sales cycle.
You'll be someone who:
- Has experience selling SaaS/software solutions
- Enjoys closing business
- Conducts thorough discovery and qualification
- Thinks strategically about moving opportunities forward
- Is confident handling objections and negotiating commercial agreements
- Takes ownership of results and consistently delivers against targets
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience selling into HR, Learning & Development or People teams would be advantageous, but it's certainly not essential.
What's on Offer- £80,000 basic salary
