Business Development Director, Systems Integration
Business Development Director, Systems Integration, £120,000 Basic, £180,000 OTE. We are looking for a "hunter" with a C-Suite network that can open doors in the public and private sectors. As a disruptive Challenger SI, our client pairs elite technical expertise with a high-velocity delivery engine across Central and Eastern Europe. They provide world-class, cyber-resilient solutions by leveraging a sophisticated labour arbitrage model that ensures Tier-1 quality at a highly competitive price point. Ready to disrupt the UK market, our client is seeking an elite "first-on-the-ground" leader. This isn't a cold start; you'll hit the ground running with a heavyweight portfolio of referenceable success, including three local authorities, two universities, and five FTSE 250 giants already on the roster.
This is a unique, high-autonomy role. You will initially operate under your own Limited Company, fully contracted to the parent company. For the right business development leader, this is the precursor to establishing and leading a full UK Division.
As the UK lead, you will penetrate key verticals, including Government, Higher Education, and the FTSE 250, by positioning their complex integration capabilities. Your focus will be on winning large-scale projects centred on data analytics, business intelligence, and modern cybersecurity frameworks.
Your Responsibilities as Business Development Director, Systems Integration
- Opening Big Doors by leveraging your existing CxO/Director-level network to win high-value technology, software, and hardware integration projects.
- Lead the full sales cycle from sector-specific penetration plans to complex bid strategies and contract execution.
- Work with highly qualified offshore delivery experts to design tailored, value-based solutions.
- Align technical capabilities with market trends to ensure their "Challenger" status remains undisputed.
