Business Development Executive Managing wholesalers and distribution partners Milton Keynes Up to £40,000 basic + bonus & benefits

Our client is the market-leading distributor of data networking and infrastructure products, supplying the electrical wholesale, data installation and industrial sectors.

The Role

  • Developing and managing relationships with electrical wholesalers and distribution partners
  • Proactively contacting new, dormant and existing accounts to generate opportunities
  • Building awareness of the company's product portfolio and brands
  • Forecasting pipeline activity and contributing to sales planning
  • Occasional external meetings with key customers when required

This role is predominantly office-based, with off-site client meetings actively encouraged.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience (internal sales, BDM, telesales or account management)
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Organised, driven and comfortable working to targets
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
