Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager, Tech Solutions, Bristol | Hybrid working | £50,000 basic, £80,000 OTE. Our client is a long-established, highly respected technology solutions provider and premier IT reseller operating at the premium end of the market. Partnering with major private and public-sector organisations, they design and deliver complex, bespoke IT hardware and software infrastructure solutions, from enterprise-level deployments to integrated cloud and workplace collaboration environments.
They are now looking to appoint a commercially strong, industry-experienced Business Development Manager from the IT reseller sector to support continued growth and strengthen their sales capability
This role requires a specialist who understand s technical solution sal es, is comfortable navigating vendor partnerships, and excels at positioning tailored hybrid solutions rather than simply pushing box-products.
Package
- Base Salary - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
- On-Target Earnings - £70,000–£80,000 (uncapped)

Required experience and Skills
- We are exclusively seeking candidates wi th a proven track r ecord withi n an IT Res el ler, MSP, or Tech Solutions environment.
- Minimum 2–3+ years selling mixed IT solu tions (combined hardware, software, and associated deployment services) within the B2B tech s ector.
- Proven success engaging senior IT stakeholders, navigating technical procurement, and running thorough discovery processes.
- Comfortable selling vendor ecosystems (e.g., modern workplace, hybrid cloud, networking, or unified communications hardware and software).
- A structured, data-driven approach to qualification, pipeline management, and account planning.
- High credibility, exceptional communication skills, and the resilience required to win mid-market and enterprise accounts.
