They are seeking a dynamic, UK-based Business Development Manager to take ownership of their flagship pharmacy platform. This is a pivotal role for a self-starter who can blend proactive business generation with sophisticated account management, driving excitement around innovative features while assisting them to meet ambitious growth objectives across the UK pharmacy sector.

The Role As a key member of a stable, supportive sales team, you will manage the entire lifecycle from initial conversation to closing the deal. You'll be responsible for following new business opportunities, delivering high-impact demonstrations, and nurturing existing client relationships to identify growth and upsell potential. You'll act as a bridge between clients and the internal marketing, technical, and support departments, ensuring seamless installations and maintaining an expert-level awareness of the competitive landscape and industry trends.

About You The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with at least three years of experience in a similar business development role and a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals. You should possess strong business acumen, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to travel when required. While a university degree is essential, specific experience within Healthcare IT is a distinct advantage. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic leadership with the hands-on grit needed to thrive in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused sales environment.
