Ready to take full ownership of a sales function and genuinely shape the future of a scaling SaaS business? I'm partnered with a market leading platform transforming how leisure and attractions businesses operate and they’re looking for a Head of Sales to drive serious growth.

This is more than a leadership role. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, influence commercial strategy, and build a scalable pipeline that fuels long-term success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and executing targeted sales strategies across key sectors (e.g. leisure, attractions, hospitality)
  • Owning the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → demo → close
  • Delivering tailored demos and building strong ROI cases
  • Leading negotiations and closing high-value recurring SaaS deals

Skills required:

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales (with leadership/lead experience)
  • Proven track record of hitting £300k+ ARR targets
  • Strong background managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Willingness to travel across the UK for clients & industry events

Nice to have

  • Experience selling ticketing, EPOS, booking or visitor management systems
  • Background in leisure, hospitality, or attractions
