We are looking for an elite-level telesales team leader who is ready for the next natural and substantial step in their career by becoming the Head of Sales. We're looking for a hands-on player-manager to step up and become the Head of Sales who is at the absolute 'top of their game' with a proven track record of telesales success, leading high-performing sales team members who want to build their own high-performing B2B sales machine from the ground up. This is a pivotal and entrepreneurial role within a purpose-driven business that values sales discipline and an entrepreneurial spirit. Based on your success in this position, there are plans for you to advance to the Sales Director role within three years.

Your Role as Head of Sales
