International Sales Manager, Medical SaaS, MedTech. £62,000 Basic, £67,000 OTE + tremendous opportunities for progression within the Group. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager with a business development-led approach and experience in MedTech or a similar field. The role requires extensive travel and is best suited to someone who is used to being away from home regularly. All of the software is sold via distribution, with the role supporting existing distributors and securing new pan-European ones. The role involves selling groundbreaking medical imaging software that includes AI functionality, placing it in a class of its own.

This remote role, which involves extensive travel, is a perfect fit for a self-starter living within an hour of a major international airport.

The Role of International Sales Manager, SaaS

As the International Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the growth of the MedTech product in the European market. Your primary focus will be on managing the network of distributors, attending trade shows, and directly supporting end users. You'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Upgrading and renewing contracts for existing customers.
  • Winning new business with end users in in partnership with the distributors.
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships across the continent.
  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth software rollouts.
  • Gathering valuable customer insights to inform future product development.
  • This is a target-oriented role that requires someone who is not only a confident presenter with strong closing skills but also an excellent communicator.

While all sales are through distributors, you'll be the face of the company, providing crucial support and expertise to end users. A background in software sales is essential, with experience in medical software being a significant advantage.

In Return, You Will Receive

  • A competitive basic salary of £62,000, with an additional £5,000 bonus paid twice a year.
  • Clear opportunities for advancement into a management position.
  • This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from home when you're not on the road or travelling.
  • Extensive foreign travel is a core part of this role, often up to three weeks per month (Monday to Friday). All travel expenses, including hotels and meals, are covered on a company credit card. European trips are typically planned a quarter in advance to help you stay organised.
  • Time in lieu is provided for any required weekend work.

To emphasise, this position is best suited for a highly disciplined and self-motivated individual whose lifestyle can accommodate frequent international travel. If you have a proven track record in international software sales, excellent IT competency, and the ability to problem-solve on your feet, we want to hear from you. While another European language would be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.
