Partnership Manager

Partnership Manager - Travel Sector | London (Hybrid) | to £60k + commission

Fast-growing travel technology brand passionate about helping customers explore the world with confidence by staying connected. Partnerships are at the heart of their growth strategy, and they're now seeking a Partnership Manager to drive new commercial opportunities across reseller, affiliate, and strategic brand partnerships.

What you'll do:

  • Build and close a pipeline of reseller, affiliate, and travel-sector partners
  • Negotiate commercial terms and commission structures
  • Launch and hand over new partners for ongoing account management
  • Hit ambitious revenue and growth targets

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in partnership sales, business development, or affiliate/reseller management (travel or e-commerce a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter, used to building partnership revenues from the ground up
  • Drive to deliver measurable revenue growth

Package: ~£60,000 base + performance bonus, hybrid working (2-3 days in our central London office), plus travel perks.
