Telesales Executive - London Bridge

£30k basic | £45k+ OTE Year 1 | 4 days in office + Friday WFH | Uncapped commission

We're supporting a growing tech solutions company building out their London sales team and they're not hung up on your background. They're looking for someone with spark. Someone who wants a proper shot at learning sales the right way, earning well, and proving what they can actually do.

No glossy CV required. What matters is that you can bring energy into the room, roll with the knockbacks, and keep swinging.

What you'll be doing day-to-day

• Dialling up 100-150 calls a day and getting conversations started
• Asking smart questions and figuring out who's genuinely worth speaking to
• Booking meetings for the senior sales team
• Learning how to pitch, persuade and build momentum
• Growing your confidence, your voice, and your earning potential
