OR14910-SAP Payroll Specialist - Oracle (Interim)
Aatom Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Specialist to support a major Oracle implementation programme for a local authority client. This is an exciting interim opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a high-impact transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse existing SAP HR and Payroll processes to define and document business and functional requirements for Oracle.
 - Collaborate with functional leads to map SAP processes into Oracle-compatible workflows.
 - Support configuration, integration, reporting, and data migration activities using SAP expertise.
 - Respond to queries from the systems integrator (SI) regarding SAP-based requirements and logic.
 - Participate in data mapping, design sessions, and system playbacks.
 - Provide insights into SAP HR/Payroll configuration and business processes.
 - Assist in writing Oracle report specifications based on SAP reporting outputs.
 - Support UAT and PPR testing phases, investigating issues from a SAP perspective.
 - Advise on UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements during design and migration.
 
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll and HR modules.
 - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HR/Payroll is highly desirable.
 - Proven experience in system migrations or ERP transformations.
 - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
 
- Hybrid with a good part of the work being possible remote, with occasional on-site presence required at Chichester, particularly during key phases of the Oracle implementation.
