What You'll Do

As our EUC Team Leader, you'll:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of EUC analysts and technicians
• Oversee desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual environments
• Manage Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Citrix, and MDM platforms
• Drive process improvements and ensure security, compliance, and performance
• Be the go-to expert for complex technical escalations
• Collaborate with IT leadership to shape our EUC strategy

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in EUC leadership or senior support roles
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Citrix & MDM
• A passion for mentoring, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A calm, methodical approach under pressure
