CRM Manager

CRM Manager - Belfast Abacus is exclusively recruiting a CRM Manager to join a highly successful, dynamic and fast-growing company. You will join a team charged with driving profile enhancement and develop profitable revenue streams through client acquisition and growth programmes. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders including business development, marketing and professionals at all levels. We are keen to attract a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to lead strategic CRM initiatives across multipole offices. This role is pivotal in driving CRM best practices, enhancing data-driven business development and ensuring seamless integration with key systems and stakeholders.The role is focused on:
  • CRM Taskforce Leadership - Manage the CRM Taskforce and collaborate with key stakeholders, serving as the firm’s subject matter expert on CRM processes, best practices, and system capabilities.
  • Data Visualisation & Reporting - Collect user feedback and design Power BI reports to support BD campaigns and sector programmes.
  • Alumni & Referral Management - Assist with database management and reporting for the Alumni Programme and referral tracking.
  • CRM Support - Facilitate CRM training and education across European offices, including onboarding for new locations.
  • BD Support - Partnering with teams to leverage CRM insights for client targeting, cross-selling, and relationship mapping.
  • Systems Integration & Data Stewardship – Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and enhancement of the CRM platform InterAction and the integration with platforms such as Vuture, Evergreen and Kentico.
  • Manage data stewardship practices including joiners/leavers data handling, account activation and synchronisation, data imports, data archiving, and BD/Marketing list management.
  • IT Collaboration & Supplier Management - Liaise with IT and IT Training teams on CRM-related activities. Maintain relationships with external CRM suppliers.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities with new CRM channels, testing and developing solutions
  • Develop and enforce data entry protocols and regular audit processes to maintain clean and actionable client data.
Experience and Skills. Ideally, you will demonstrate:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science or related field
  • 5+ years of CRM experience, gained preferably within a legal or professional services environment (law, accounting, or consulting firms)
  • Strong CRM systems expertise, preferably InterAction (ideally v7), be a product champion and advocate for application usage and future product upgrades
  • Experience marketing campaign platforms e.g. Vuture (or equivalent) is useful
  • Data visualisation (e.g. Power BI, Excel)
  • Database management and reporting
  • Someone with gravitas, strong communication and presentation skills, to train, educate and influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Project management and time management
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail with data
  • Excellent team player collaborative but equally work with autonomy and without micro-management!
  • Insight or experience in an AI-related activity and projects, is of interest.
Desirable experience:
  • SQL and data science fundamentals.
  • Savvy business acumen and legal sector knowledge.
