Full stack Developer React

We are expanding our in-house development team and seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to manage, enhance, and further develop our existing applications.

Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with proven experience in React, React Native, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and MySQL .

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing our web and mobile applications, integrating new features, and ensuring seamless performance across platforms.

This role is based on-site and requires someone with the discipline and expertise to deliver tasks accurately and on time, without reliance on AI-generated code.

Key Responsibilities Maintain, enhance, and expand existing applications built in React, React Native, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and MySQL .

Develop and deploy scalable web and cross-platform mobile applications.

Work closely with internal teams to translate requirements into efficient and robust code.

Ensure all work meets speed, accuracy, and quality standards patchy or delayed work will not be acceptable.

Meet daily and weekly development targets in line with project and client requirements.

Support integration of AI-driven functionalities into existing models and platforms.

Write clean, secure, and maintainable code with thorough testing and documentation.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems.

Essential Requirements 5 years of proven full stack development experience .

Expertise in React, React Native, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and MySQL .

Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development .

Proven track record of delivering projects on time with precision.

Ability to work independently and problem-solve without reliance on AI-generated solutions such as ChatGPT.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and optimisation skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Must be willing to work on-site full-time .

Desirable Skills Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.

Knowledge of AI, machine learning integrations, or API development.

Experience with cloud hosting platforms and server management.
