Data Analyst Luton (Fully Office-Based)£45,000 – £50,000 We’re working with a fast-growing, innovative business based in Luton that is investing heavily in its data capabilities. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Data Analyst to play a key role in transforming how the business uses data to drive decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at an exciting stage of growth, where you’ll have the chance to introduce new tools, improve systems, and make a real impact.The Role As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analysing, and presenting high volumes of data to support business performance and strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve reporting capabilities and help implement modern data solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Downloading and managing large volumes of data from internal systems
- Cleaning, manipulating, and analysing datasets to uncover insights
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Creating clear, engaging data visualisations for stakeholders
- Supporting the implementation of new tools and technologies (e.g. Power BI, Python)
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and data accuracy
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills
- Experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confident communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Salary of £45,000 – £50,000
