After years of impressive expansion and strategic acquisitions, they are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to strengthen their Professional Services division.As an Technical Project Manager, you'll oversee Project Engineers delivering infrastructure, cloud, and architectural solutions. You'll monitor project progress through technical briefings, identify potential delays early, and update Account Managers and leadership. Your portfolio will include 15–20 concurrent projects, from Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations to complete infrastructure refreshes.Your responsibilities as Technical Project Manager will include resource allocation, project planning, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to quality standards. You'll manage client relationships through regular communications, meeting documentation, and maintain accurate project timesheets within Autotask.The ideal Technical Project Manager candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated MSP background with experience managing 15–20 concurrent client projects
- Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure and services, with capability to convert technical information into accessible client updates
- Excellent organisational abilities and systematic approach to governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- Background in resource management, strategic planning, documentation, and performance reporting
- Comfort level engaging with technical personnel and C-level client executives
- Project management credentials (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred
