Business Analyst
About the Role:
Looking for a Digital Business Analyst to lead to drive the initial phase of a high-profile digital transformation initiative. This role focuses on delivering next-generation digital ecosystem designed to enhance user engagement, streamline technology infrastructure, and support business growth objectives for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and phase wise execution including UX/UI redesign, core platform architecture, and MVP app deployment in a pilot market.
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, and design teams to ensure a member-centric approach, leveraging first-party data for personalisation.
- Oversee vendor selection (RFP process) and manage third-party partnerships for development and integration.
- Define and implement a scalable rollout strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals (e.g., legacy system retirement, AI integration)
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets, providing transparent reporting to senior stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables meet key outcomes: increased digital engagement, traffic retention, and compliance with security/legal standards
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital projects (e.g., platform modernisation, app development, or MarTech transformations)
- Strong technical understanding (e.g., API integrations, cloud architecture, data privacy) and agile delivery expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex dependencies and competing priorities
- Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) or CRM integration in retail.
- Background in retail, hospitality, or loyalty programmes is a plus.
- Adaptable to ambiguity, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
