Oracle Cloud OPERA Hospitality Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud OPERA Hospitality professional to support implementation, integration, and ongoing management of OPERA Cloud solutions across hospitality environments. The role requires strong hands-on expertise with OPERA PMS, OHIP integrations, and Simphony POS, with added advantage of Loyalty module implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Oracle OPERA Cloud Hospitality PMS across hotel operations
Design, build, and manage integrations using Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP)
Integrate Simphony POS with OPERA Cloud and other hospitality systems
Configure business workflows related to reservations, Front Office, billing, and guest profiles
Support Loyalty module setup, integration, and ongoing management (preferred)
Troubleshoot production issues related to OPERA Cloud, OHIP APIs, and POS integrations
Work closely with hotel operations, IT teams, and third-party vendors
Provide documentation, user support, and post-implementation optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud OPERA Hospitality PMS
Solid knowledge of Oracle OHIP (Hospitality Integration Platform)
Experience integrating Simphony POS
Understanding of hospitality domain workflows (reservations, check-in/out, billing, guest life cycle)
Experience with APIs, web services, and cloud-based integrations
Loyalty module implementation/management experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
