Presales Solutions Consultant

Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Salesforce Pre-Sales & Solutioning Leader to drive enterprise solution design and support high value Salesforce deal pursuits. This role will serve as a critical bridge between Sales, Salesforce Practice, and Delivery teams, combining deep Salesforce platform expertise with strong business acumen to shape compelling, winning solutions.

The incumbent will engage with CXO-level stakeholders, lead strategic RFP/RFI responses, conduct discovery workshops, architect multi-cloud Salesforce solutions and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and practice expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solutioning for strategic pursuits, RFPs/RFIs, and large enterprise transformation programs.
  • Engage with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect tailored solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations.
  • Conduct executive discovery workshops, solution envisioning sessions, and value-driven consulting engagements.
  • Drive impactful client presentations, executive demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) aligned to business outcomes.
  • Own technical and functional responses for Salesforce RFPs, ensuring alignment with best practices, governance models, and commercial viability.
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery to support pricing strategy, effort estimation, and margin optimization.
  • Shape deal strategy for large pursuits including competitive positioning and differentiated Salesforce value propositions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXO stakeholders across digital transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor and scale the Salesforce pre-sales team, strengthen reusable accelerators, frameworks, and solution assets.

Skill & Qualification:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting with strong exposure to Salesforce Pre-Sales & Solutioning leadership.
  • Proven experience in supporting and closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise Salesforce deals.
  • Strong expertise across Salesforce multi-cloud ecosystems and enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration strategies, data models, and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading RFPs, strategic pursuits, and executive-level client engagements.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
  • Experience managing or mentoring presales/solution consulting teams.
  • Salesforce certifications (Architect / Consultant / Cloud certifications) preferred.
  • BE/BTech/MBA preferred.
