Salesforce Architect

Role Summary:

As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will be responsible for shaping the technical architecture of Salesforce implementations, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex business requirements into practical and innovative Salesforce solutions while providing leadership and guidance to the development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

•Architect and design Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with strategic goals.

•Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, design, development, and deployment.

•Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.

•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture and coding.

•Optimize Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and security.

•Conduct technical assessments and reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.

•Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, innovations, and best practices to continually enhance solution offerings.

•Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through Salesforce adoption and maximizing the value of their investment.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.

•Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms and tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration frameworks.

•Strong understanding of CRM processes and the ability to implement them effectively within Salesforce.

•Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

•Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
