Salesforce Architect

Role Summary:

We are looking for a visionary Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative, customer-centric solutions. This role is critical in shaping our CRM strategy, ensuring seamless service experiences, and unlocking the value of unified customer data. As a strategic technical leader, you will work across business and IT teams to architect scalable solutions that drive service excellence, data-driven insights, and long-term platform success. The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands-on architecture experience, platform mastery, and a forward-thinking mindset to deliver impactful Salesforce transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce Cloud and Data Cloud implementations.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Define architectural best practices, integration patterns, and data models for cross-cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Design and govern the use of Salesforce Data Cloud for customer 360 use cases, data unification, segmentation, and activation.
  • Provide architectural guidance on Omni-channel, Case Management, Knowledge, and Service Processes.
  • Establish and maintain architectural governance and documentation.
  • Support data migration, integration, and synchronization strategies across systems (eg, ERP, CRM, CDP).
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, roadmap, and ecosystem tools relevant to Service Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • Mentor development teams and review code/design for compliance with architectural standards.

Skill & Qualification:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture roles.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP) including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and activation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (APEX, LWC, Process Builder, Flows, etc.).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and integration strategies.
  • Knowledge of data modelling, data governance, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or B2C Solution Architect preferred.
