Academics Ltd are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join a progressive secondary school in Swindon.
Responsibilities as a Computer Science Teacher- Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- Teach programming, computational thinking, and core theoretical concepts
- Prepare students for GCSE and/or A-Level Computer Science examinations
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Support extracurricular clubs such as coding or robotics (desirable)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science
- Experience teaching GCSE Computer Science (A-Level desirable)
- Confidence teaching programming languages such as Python (desirable)
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
