Our client is building the AI operating system for financial advice and wealth management — automating the complex back-office, compliance, documentation, and workflow systems that make financial advice expensive and difficult to scale.

They’re YC backed, recently raised a $15M Series A, and are trusted by hundreds of advisory firms across the UK. The team is building a small, elite engineering strike team with an extremely high bar for ownership, systems thinking, and product velocity.

They’re hiring a Product Engineer / MTS to own core features end-to-end across AI workflows, compliance-heavy software, and adviser infrastructure.

🔧 You’ll work on:

AI-powered product features used every day

Meeting capture and documentation systems

Suitability reports and annual review workflows

Compliance automation and file-checking systems

Client onboarding and CRM surfaces

LLM integrations, RAG, and structured document generation

Fast, reliable, well-tested software for regulated environments

✅ Must have:

Exceptional product engineering ability

Strong Go, TypeScript, or Python experience

Ability to own features end-to-end from scope to production

Experience building high-quality user-facing software

Strong systems thinking and product judgment

Comfort working in fast-moving, high-ownership teams

Interest in AI, fintech, compliance, or regulated software
