🚀 Our client — a seed-stage AI startup — is hiring a Software Engineer (London, onsite).

They’re building the “Cursor for financial modelling” — an AI-powered Excel add-in, with a long-term vision to become the operating system for strategic decision-making across Excel, PowerPoint, and beyond.

The role:

✅ Use cutting-edge AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to ship high-quality code at speed

✅ Own features end-to-end — from Rust services to frontend

✅ Write highly optimised software (memory, caching, performance)

✅ Improve AI agent systems, tooling, and context optimisation

✅ Own backend infrastructure and CI pipelines

✅ Collaborate closely with design to deliver polished, high-quality UX
