Up to £40,000 + Commission

Were looking for a Business Development Manager to join an IT Solutions company based in Bridgend, working on a hybrid basis (once training is completed). This is a pure new business role, focused on identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and driving revenue growth.

Youll be responsible for bringing in new business and building a strong pipeline, before handing accounts over to the Account Management team for ongoing support.

Key responsibilities:

Generate and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and networking

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing

Build relationships with prospective B2B clients and key decision makers

Identify client needs and present tailored IT solutions

Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities

Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure smooth client handover

2+ years experience in B2B sales / business development

Ideally experience in the technology or IT services space (not essential)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A confident, proactive and commercially driven approach

Creative in generating new opportunities and developing leads
