What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business.
- Prospect and engage with potential customers, generating quality leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telecoms, IT, or managed services.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Thrives working from home with a self-starter attitude, motivated, disciplined and confident managing their own time and workload.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of telecoms (broadband, VoIP, mobile).
- Experience selling IT support or security solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
