We’re looking for a Business Systems & Process Manager to play a key role in driving operational excellence across our manufacturing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how our systems and processes work together, ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and ready for the future.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our teams and our technology. Your mission will be to optimise business systems, improve processes, and ensure our operations—from production to planning—run like clockwork.

You will:

• Manage and optimise our core business systems
• Improve workflows across the business, identifying bottlenecks and driving digital transformation.
• Maintain key data such as BOMs, routings and work instructions.
• Enhance real-time production data visibility and reporting.
• Lead system upgrades and new implementations, ensuring smooth rollout and change adoption.
• Support teams with training, troubleshooting and ongoing system improvements.
• Drive compliance, quality standards and strong data governance.

Production • Planning • Design • Admin • Finance • Procurement…ensuring our systems enable everyone to do their best work.

💡 What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• 3–7 years in manufacturing operations, business systems, or process improvement.
• Strong experience with ERP systems—ideally Microsoft NAV.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows and process mapping.
• Proven experience in project delivery, system upgrades or implementations.
• Confidence working with data, KPIs and operational analysis.
• Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with BI tools.
• Project/change management experience.
• Strong process analysis and documentation skills.
