We're looking for someone to own customer relationships, lead service performance, and drive continual improvement across key accounts.

What you'll do:

Own SLA performance, service reporting & governance

Be the senior escalation point for incidents & change

Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Drive ITIL-aligned service improvement & efficiency

Lead onboarding and transition of new customers

What you'll bring:

5+ years in IT Managed Services

Strong ITIL / ITSM knowledge

Confident, customer-facing leadership style

Proven experience improving service delivery
