Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (Outside IR35 / Remote / £400 per day)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to support the setup and configuration of our Dynamics environment, enabling the transition from our existing systems. This contract role is Outside IR35 , remote (with optional on-site work if preferred), and offers a rate around £400 per day .

Project Scope:

You will lead the setup of new Dynamics 365 environments to facilitate our migration from HubSpot (Sales CRM) and Breathe (HR system) to:

• Dynamics 365 Sales
• Dynamics 365 Human Resources

The successful candidate will be responsible for technical environment configuration and must ensure readiness for data migration within agreed timelines. If you can also manage the data migration within scope and timescales, this is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and set up new Dynamics 365 Sales and HR environments.
• Ensure seamless integration with our Microsoft-based infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with our internal team responsible for data migration and ongoing system transition.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrable experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales and HR.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft environments, architecture, and licensing.
• Able to work independently in a fully technical capacity and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
