The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join a growing team in Swansea, working on modern applications that make a real impact.

This is a hybrid role. Flexibility, autonomy, and a strong team culture are all part of the package.

If you enjoy building clean, scalable software and want to keep developing your skills — this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining applications using C# / .NET Core
• Working with SQL databases (queries, optimisation, data handling)
• Building and enhancing front-end features (ideally with React, but open to other frameworks)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contributing to code reviews and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with C# and .NET Core
• Solid understanding of SQL
• Front-end experience with JavaScript frameworks (React preferred, but not essential)
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern development practices (Agile, CI/CD, etc.)
• Exposure to cloud platforms or APIs
