About the Role Working collaboratively across the organisation, you’ll assist with system upgrades, process improvements, and training, helping colleagues and contractors use systems confidently and effectively.What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting system upgrades and transformation projects across the organisation
- Helping colleagues and contractors get the most from systems through guidance and training
- Identifying and supporting opportunities for system and process improvements
- Working with stakeholders to implement changes smoothly and effectively
- Ensuring systems support the delivery of a high-quality service to customers
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation
- Colleagues and contractors feel confident and supported using systems
- Processes are efficient, effective, and customer-focused

- Systems genuinely enable better customer experiences and service delivery
- Strong numeracy and IT literacy, with the ability to use operational systems and troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience supporting system operations, including incident, problem, change, and release management
- Experience providing technical support to users and working with third-party suppliers to resolve issues and support system integration
- Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to develop and deliver training on systems and processes to support colleagues through change
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a solution-focused approach to technical and operational challenges
