As an SAP Ariba Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be an integral part of growing the SAP UK & Ireland practice and delivering large scale Source to Pay transformations. In this senior role you will help define approaches, deployment roadmaps and lead the projects from start to finish. Your strong business process knowledge, combined with your in-depth SAP Ariba expertise will be key to effectively serving our clients. This role will give you the opportunity to support global companies achieve their Sourcing & Procurement ambitions and to shape new deals.

As an SAP Ariba Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be an integral part of growing the SAP UK & Ireland practice and delivering large scale Source to Pay transformations. Your strong business process knowledge, combined with your in-depth SAP Ariba expertise will be key to effectively serving our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP MM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a solution architect or delivery lead on SAP Supply Chain projects, providing strategic direction and technical expertise.
- Drive business process transformation initiatives, leveraging SAP S/4 best practices to optimize sourcing and procurement processes.
- Articulate client requirements into scalable, best-practice SAP solutions aligned with procurement transformation goals.
- Oversee process integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP modules and other enterprise systems.
- Lead presales and business development activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution demos, and client workshops.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- 6-8 years of strong implementation experience in SAP Materials Management.
- Proven experience delivering projects across SAP Procurement modules:
- SAP MM/IM/LE
- Knowledge of Ariba and /or Invoice Management solutions is desirable.
- Proven track record as a workstream lead on implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to drive internal consulting practice development, contributing to knowledge assets, accelerators, methodologies, and training programs.
- Experience in building strategic partnerships with SAP and other technology vendors to enhance solution offerings and drive Accenture's business growth.
- Extensive experience in business process transformation and process integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP MM best practices for sourcing and procurement.
- Experience in presales support and strategic partnership building.
- Industry experience in some of the following sectors: Pharma, Retail, Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, and Utilities.
