Description

Reporting to the UK and Sweden Marketing Lead, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and client engagement for Avanade across the UK and Sweden (UKS).

This role requires a blend of campaign leadership and cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing programs directly support business growth objectives. You will play a key role in elevating brand positioning, delivering measurable pipeline impact, and contributing to the overall success of the UKS Marketing team.

As a senior member of the team, you will influence go-to-market strategy, mentor junior colleagues, and act as a trusted partner to Sales and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and oversee go-to-market campaign strategies aligned with UKS business priorities.

  • Lead planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, events, and client programs.

  • Partner with Sales leadership and Microsoft to ensure marketing drives tangible pipeline growth.

  • Leverage marketing tools and automation to scale impact and enable smarter engagement.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Impact

  • Design demand generation programs to create new opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.

  • Partner with Sales to ensure timely lead follow-up and opportunity progression.

  • Establish accountability for pipeline contribution from marketing initiatives.

Customer Evidence & Advocacy

  • Lead the customer evidence strategy by developing case studies, public references, and success stories.

  • Partner with Sales and business stakeholders to ensure client advocacy drives new opportunities.

Channel & Partner Activation

  • Manage Microsoft co-marketing investments to maximize joint business value.

  • Strengthen collaboration with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem to amplify campaigns and extend reach.

  • Ensure compliance and impact reporting for co-funded initiatives.

Collaboration & Team Contribution

  • Act as a key contributor to the UKS Marketing team, supporting annual planning and KPI setting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Campaigns, Digital, and Social Media

  • Share best practices across regional field marketing teams and the wider global marketing community.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to build capability and ensure consistent delivery excellence.
