In This Role You Will

  • Work with tier‐1 clients across industry sectors, helping them turn cloud strategy into reality.
  • Design and deliver transformative AWS cloud solutions, from legacy application migration to cloud‐native development.
  • Continuously learn and grow through supported training and certification.
  • Act as a cloud evangelist, educating clients on the value of cloud computing.

As an Associate Manager You Will

  • Design and implement AWS workloads using modern cloud patterns such as serverless, containerised and microservices architectures.
  • Develop scalable application solutions aligned with best practice for performance, resilience and cost efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • Apply cloud security principles including IAM, encryption and compliance controls.
  • Optimise architectures for scalability, reliability and operational excellence.
  • Produce high‐quality design documentation and contribute to architecture reviews.
  • Execute testing strategies covering functional and non‐functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver robust cloud‐first solutions.

We Are Looking For:

Significant hands‐on experience designing and implementing solutions using AWS cloud services.

Certification & Education

AWS Associate and/or Professional certification (e.g. Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

Business Architecture

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure cloud architectures, with experience in cost optimisation.

Data & AI Architecture

Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics solutions and AI/ML‐driven architectures.

Application Architecture

Proficiency in serverless, containerised and microservices‐based workloads, with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Security Architecture

Strong knowledge of IAM, encryption and compliance frameworks, with the ability to implement cloud security best practices.

Integration Architecture

Understanding of integration patterns, APIs and event‐driven architectures.

Non‐Functional Requirements

Experience designing highly available, fault‐tolerant, scalable and observable systems.

Governance & Compliance

Awareness of cloud governance, auditing, account management and cost allocation strategies.

It Would Be Advantageous To Have

  • AWS Specialty certifications (e.g. Security, Advanced Networking, Machine Learning).
  • Experience working with other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
