What you will do...
As a Client Partner, you’ll lead one of our most significant and high-profile client relationships: a global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand. Sitting at the heart of our partnership as their Digital Customer Agency, you’ll drive transformation and innovation across loyalty, CRM, and digital engagement.
You’ll act as a trusted senior advisor, building deep relationships with senior stakeholders and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver work that moves people and drives measurable impact.
This is a leadership role for someone who blends strategic vision with commercial acumen, thrives on collaboration, and brings energy and ambition to everything they do
Client Leadership & Relationship Management

Act as the senior point of contact for the client, nurturing trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Champion the client’s digital vision, aligning TMW’s output with their long-term business goals.

Navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and influence at the highest level.
 
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Inspire and mentor a core client services and project management team of 10 people, fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence.
 -  
Oversee and create alignment across a wider multi-disciplinary team of around 30 specialists in strategy, creative, data, technology, and production.
 -  
Nurture relationships with our global community partners across Accenture. Collaborating to drive cross-market learning and efficiencies.
 
Strategic Direction & Innovation

Define and drive digital customer strategies that elevate engagement and loyalty.

Identify opportunities for innovation, leveraging behavioural insight, data, and emerging technology.

Turn complex business challenges into actionable, measurable solutions that deliver impact.
 
Commercial & Growth Accountability

Own the commercial health of the account, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth, both for TMW and the client.

Lead growth opportunities with the immediate client team and beyond, representing TMW at the most senior levels.

Contribute to agency thought leadership and positioning with this client, helping shape our reputation as digital customer experts.
