The Role
We are seeking a visionary commercial leader to drive the growth of our key and strategic clients in EMEA. This role is crucial for developing client relationships, driving regional growth, and ensuring strategic alignment across the business.
Strategic Leadership

Client Ownership: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders to deliver our revenue goals and drive business growth.

Team Alignment: Play an active role in the Commercial Leadership Team to align on revenue performance, pipeline execution, and strategic priorities. Demonstrate strong leadership by fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team performance and spirit.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination across BD, marketing, and service delivery teams within the region.

Sector Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of our priority sectors to manage clients in the geography, ensuring alignment with regional capabilities and client expectations.
Pursuit and Opportunity Management

Directing BD Team: Lead the business development into your client base, enabling the team to drive effective outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and early-stage pipeline building for your clients.

Deal Structuring: Collaborate with Service Lines and Principal Consultants, and practice leads to construct and structure major pursuits, ensuring high deal values, competitive and profitable outcomes.

Growth Initiatives: Drive existing client growth and whitespace expansion, supporting cross-selling to existing, lapsed, and partner clients.
Operational Excellence

Strategic Accounts: Develop key strategic accounts and manage major pursuits in collaboration our SMEs and ensuring marketing programs are driving account engagement.

Service Delivery Collaboration: Work with the Ops Leadership Team to ensure work quality, capacity, and delivery processes are supporting client success and commercial objectives.

Practice enablement: Guide and enable the Practice Leaders and their teams in planning and resourcing new projects, ensuring a high delivery pace and quality of work.
