You will be joining our growing Commerce Engineering team, a dynamic group at the intersection of technology, client-facing strategy, and artificial intelligence. We operate as "Forward Deployed Engineers," bridging the gap between our clients' most ambitious goals and our core engineering teams.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Commerce Engineer Manager , you will:

• Lead client-facing engagements and design AI-powered solutions.
• Build full-stack applications integrating Generative AI (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Nvidia).
• Architect data flows across enterprise platforms (DAM, PXM, CDP, CMS, CRMs).
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure/GCP) and advanced databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Mentor teams and shape technical strategy for global brands.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in client-facing engineering roles.
• Full Stack development expertise (Python, JavaScript).
• Hands-on cloud experience (Azure or GCP).
• Integration with Generative AI services and AI/ML patterns (RAG, MLOps).
• Strong database management skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Cloud certifications (Azure/GCP).
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Retail or CPG industry exposure.
