As an Innovation Consultant, you will drive project content and client impact by synthesising insight, shaping innovative solutions, and facilitating strategic conversations. You will take ownership of workstreams, confidently engage senior stakeholders, and deliver thought-provoking narratives that help clients navigate complexity. You will bring strong commercial awareness, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to the vibrant culture of the Innovation and broader Accenture innovation ecosystem.

Day to day you will be: 

• Drive project content forward by shaping clear, compelling insights and designing minimal-input client deliverables that move engagements toward strategic outcomes.
• Synthesise data and insight into provocative storytelling that challenges client assumptions and supports confident decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and small groups, guiding clients through design-thinking approaches and helping land complex concepts with clarity and credibility.
• Partner with senior clients across Fortune 500 organisations, demonstrating confidence in your perspective and building trusted, professional relationships.
• Run structured experiments and research activities, translating findings into actionable innovation opportunities.
• Manage components of the project independently, owning content creation, timelines, and forward motion of workstreams.
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, understanding project budgets, junior talent management, and how to create value for the client.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s innovation ecosystem, bringing diverse expertise into client work and contributing to a strong internal network.
• Support the growth of colleagues, confidently coaching junior members of the team and helping them develop strong innovation consulting skills.
• Maintain high-quality project delivery and contribution to team culture.
