Role Summary:
Join Accenture’s Customer Technology team to shape and deliver large-scale personalisation, CMS, DAM, and MRM initiatives across leading brands. You'll architect and deliver content supply chain solutions that enhance customer experience and drive efficiency.

- Marketing Tech Architecture: Collaboration across commerce, service & digital platforms
- Content Supply Chain: Helping marketers deliver cross-channel content efficiently
- CMS/DAM/MRM: Deep technical delivery experience
- Data Orchestration: Integrating cross-platform data for personalisation (B2B/B2C)
- Gen AI impact: Understanding future-facing content technologies
- Agile Product Ownership: Roadmapping, delivery & vendor selection
- Key technologies - Adobe / Salesforce/ GCP / Agentic tools
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong delivery experience with Adobe, Commerce, CMS, DAM, MRM, workflows (web, mobile, etc.) at an enterprise, ideally Global level
- Has experience in the last 18 months designing AI based solutions at scale
- Can lead senior architecture and technical design, and advise on best practices to client during large Enterprise discussions
- Can manage junior developers and junior architects
- Is confident translating tech into business terms for non-technical stakeholders
- Has worked across consumer goods, pharma, and life sciences
- Is experienced in senior client consulting, pitches and stakeholder engagement
- Understands enterprise platforms such as:
- Adobe Experience Platform
- Salesforce
- Aprimo, Contentful, Bynder, Optimizely, Contentstack, Drupal, Sprinklr
- Has previous experience in advisory or delivery roles within marketing tech
