Role Overview:

This high-impact role is essential in strategically aligning a workforce of 400 Security Cleared technology professionals with evolving client demands, team capabilities, and individual career aspirations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will balance business performance with talent development, while driving efficient, inclusive, and forward-looking resourcing practices. Reporting directly to the STS Head of Resourcing as part of the STS COO team, this position offers significant visibility across STS Leadership and delivers a true DTE-level impact.
