Your Mission
We are looking for an experienced Workday Record to Report (R2R) Lead to design, configure, and lead Workday Financials (Record-to-Report) solutions within large-scale transformation programs. You will play a key role in helping our clients maximize the value of their Workday investment, from requirements definition through deployment and adoption.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and participate in all phases of a Workday R2R deployment: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.

Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and advise on best practices.

Configure Workday modules for financial accounting, statutory reporting, and country-specific requirements during global rollouts.

Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend appropriate mitigation approaches.

Ensure integration of R2R processes with other modules and systems (Finance, IT, PMO).

Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday methodology (and Accenture Workday Methodology).

Report progress to the Project Manager and effectively manage stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Contribute to innovation through the creation of leading methodologies and market asset
