Service Operations Manager - SC Cleared

I am recruiting for a Service Operations Manager to be based 1 day a week in Reading, 4 days remote.

Active SC Clearance is essential.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You must have recently worked as a Service Operations Manager.

You will lead the day-to-day Service Management function and ensure that services operate in a controlled, predictable and joined-up way across all towers.

You must have substantial experience managing service operations across multiple support teams or suppliers.

Experience in a classified or security-regulated service environment.

Strong command of ITIL 4 practices, operational governance and service performance management.

Experience integrating an outsourced Service Desk and End User Compute service.

Proven ability to lead escalations and make sound decisions under pressure.

ServiceNow product ownership, platform governance or managed service experience.

Experience of service reporting, risk management and continual improvement.
