Senior Technical Business Analyst (Contract - Inside IR35)
Birmingham (Hybrid - 60% onsite)
12-month contract

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of complex digital and technical capabilities within a modern engineering environment.

This is a hands-on, highly technical BA role, working directly with engineers, architects and DevOps teams to shape, refine and deliver backlog items into high-quality software outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong recent experience working with software development teams

  • Proven ability to write technical user stories and refine complex backlogs

  • Good understanding of modern engineering environments (cloud, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps)

  • Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban)

  • Confident stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences

Successful candidates will be required to work through an approved umbrella company and undertake BPSS clearance.
