The Opportunity
You will own customer satisfaction across two core pillars: implementations and ongoing customer experience. Acting as the critical interface between clients and the product team, you will ensure feedback, feature requests and insights are captured and prioritised effectively to drive continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement and continuously refine helpdesk and support processes
- Monitor and actively increase client engagement with the platform
- Ensure feature releases and updates are communicated clearly and adopted effectively
- Capture and channel customer feedback into the product roadmap
- Maintain a streamlined, high quality implementation process that delivers a seamless experience for new clients
- Conduct regular proactive client calls and visits to deepen understanding of their business needs and challenges
- Lead and develop the Implementation and Customer Experience teams, fostering high performance and a strong customer-first culture
The Ideal Candidate
You will bring:
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation and its practical application
- Knowledge of the contractor and temporary worker market
- Willingness and ability to travel for client visits
- Proven experience in a senior operations or customer-facing leadership role
- Genuine curiosity about technology and a drive to streamline processes
Desirable experience includes time spent in a product-led organisation and familiarity with tools such as Jira.
