Sales Consultant
Basic £28,000, OTE £35,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30Due to Accomplish Today's clients continued business growth, they are seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to promote and sell a market-leading SaaS solution designed to support organisations in managing recruitment and ensuring compliance throughout their candidate vetting and onboarding processes.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified leads that result in product demonstrations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for helping clients improve process efficiency and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, research and contact prospective clients using CRM data, industry tools, external databases and self-sourced leads
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand business challenges relating to recruitment and compliance, matching solutions to client needs
- Present the SaaS compliance vetting platform professionally across multiple channels (telephone, email, LinkedIn)
- Generate a minimum of 15 qualified leads per month, ensuring each is fully validated and progresses through the sales pipeline
- Arrange and coordinate product demonstrations, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood
- Follow up on inbound enquiries, converting them into quality opportunities
- Re-engage dormant and historical contacts using targeted reactivation strategies
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and provide regular pipeline updates
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to support business growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to share feedback, optimise sales approaches and drive continuous improvement
- Consistently achieve agreed KPIs and performance targets
- Professional, proactive and approachable
- Past experience in sales or business development, working towards KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Strong networking and negotiation capabilities
