This role sits at the intersection of finance, systems, and data , offering the chance to play a key part in driving insight, improving processes, and enhancing financial reporting capabilities.The RoleReporting into the Head of Financial Analysis, as Systems Accountant , you'll take ownership of financial planning systems while delivering high-quality reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with finance, data, and IT teams to ensure systems are optimised and financial information is accurate, accessible, and insightful.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage financial planning systems, including Workday Adaptive PlanningMaintain and enhance models, structures, and system performanceSupport integration across Workday ERP, Snowflake, and reporting toolsDevelop dashboards and reports using Power BI and a Planning systemDeliver insightful financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance trackingSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processesDrive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual workEnsure strong data integrity, governance, and reconciliationPartner with stakeholders across finance and the wider businessProvide training and support to users of finance systems and reporting toolsAbout YouExperience in FP&A, financial reporting, or management accountingStrong systems experience, ideally Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar)Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilityExperience building reports in Power BIKnowledge of Workday ERP, Snowflake, or similar data platformsExcellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetStrong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearlyProfessional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) - qualified or studying (desirable)Why Apply Work with a modern finance tech stackPlay a key role in improving systems and reportingHigh visibility role with real impact on decision-makingCollaborative and supportive team environmentIf you are interested in this position then please apply via the link below.TPBN1_UKTJ
