Salary: 50-70k DOE

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Speaker & Workplace Culture Strategist to join a forward-thinking organisation focused on enhancing workplace culture and employee experience through research-led insights and strategic initiatives.

This role sits within a specialist speaking team responsible for delivering engaging, research-driven content to business leaders and employees across a variety of platforms globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, write, and deliver strategic, engaging content to HR and leadership audiences across multiple formats, including:
  • Keynote presentations (30–60 minutes)
  • Panel discussions
  • Boardroom sessions
  • Executive interviews
  • Short-form video content
  • Social media platforms
  • Partner with HR and senior leadership teams to advise on strategies that enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and recognition
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of intellectual property and research-based insights
  • Write and contribute to articles, reports, and whitepapers for digital and social platforms
  • Build and maintain a professional presence on social media aligned with organisational messaging
  • Contribute to external media publications where relevant
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop content, refine delivery, and improve processes
  • Support additional initiatives related to thought leadership, strategy, and content delivery

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering presentations and facilitating sessions, both in-person and virtually
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate workplace culture and employee experience concepts into practical, actionable insights
  • Ability to combine research, data, and storytelling into engaging and accessible content
  • Experience creating content for a variety of platforms and audiences
  • Strong writing skills, with experience producing business-focused or human interest content
  • Confident relationship builder, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior leaders
  • Consultative approach, with strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to represent ideas clearly in both live and written media environments
  • Interest in building a personal brand aligned with organisational goals
  • Comfortable working across different regions and cultures
  • Proactive, innovative, and self-motivated, with a collaborative mindset
  • Keen interest in staying up to date with HR trends and developments

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent travel across Europe, with occasional travel to other international regions
