We're growing quickly and we're looking for another consultant to join our small, high-impact team.

What you'll be doing

You'll be dropped into complex environments and help clients to:

• Diagnose and solve tough product challenges
• Shape product strategy and experiment roadmaps
• Improve how teams work, from discovery and delivery to decision-making
• Coach product managers, designers, engineers and leaders
• Turn insights into simple, actionable changes that stick

You'll also contribute to Acend itself, shaping our approach, evolving our services, and helping us decide where we grow next.
