Junior Solutions Consultant

Job Title: Junior Solutions Consultant Location: Aldgate, London (Hybrid Working)Salary: £31,000 to £35,000We are working with a leading provider of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) solutions. Through a cutting-edge platform and expert analysis, we deliver critical insights to clients across sectors such as financial services, professional services, and corporates.The Role As a Junior Solutions Consultant, you’ll work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in scoping and responding to client requirements, including RFPs / RFIs.
  • Help prepare and deliver product demos, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and workshops.
  • Support the creation of solution design documentation, including diagrams, feature mappings, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with our organisation’s capabilities.
  • Participate in technical discovery sessions to understand client environments, business goals, and challenges.
  • Follow training programmes (OSINT, risk intelligence, platform use) to build domain and technical expertise.
  • Provide internal support for demo environments, sales materials, and feedback collection.
  • Occasionally engage directly with clients for discovery, clarifications, or follow-ups (with guidance).
Skills & Experience Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk, or Data Analytics.
  • Exposure to client-facing work (internships, volunteering, or part-time roles) or a strong interest in client engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Passion for learning new technologies, OSINT, risk intelligence, or investigative research.
  • Team player with initiative and openness to feedback.
Desirable:
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or advisory (SaaS or professional services).
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or cloud technologies.
  • Basic experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualisation.
  • Understanding of risk, compliance, or investigations.
